INTO UEA: your home from home

Your INTO Centre is located at the heart of campus, close to the Students' Union and the UEA library. You'll find everything you need to live comfortably here, including the INTO Café, your classrooms and your accommodation.

You'll also find the Courtyard Office here, open 8.00am-9.00pm Monday to Friday, where you can go for help and advice. The Social and Welfare team is not only there to support you emotionally, but they will also advise you on visas, travel tickets and the local area, and even let you back in your room if you lock yourself out!

Post-study events put on in the INTO Centre include board game nights, movie nights, mindful colouring and craft nights, and seasonal events. There's even a games console nearby that you can play after class! Around exam time, you'll be able to attend support sessions that focus on managing anxiety, mindfulness and planning.
